    Cypress Village Homes

Salt water pools are a gimmick. They are just as bad for you as chlorine, but without the smell. Have you ever gone swimming in a saltwater pool and later felt that your skin was extra soft? It's because the top layer of skin has been remove by the harsh mix of chemicals. The mixture is pretty...

    landscaping question

It really depends on how bad the grass is. Most of the time, you can just water your lawn really well 2-3 times a day and your grass will be like new in no time. If you have allot of areas that are dirt patches, I recommend applying a layer of seed and then a layer of top soil.  If the grass is...

The map for San Mateo 3 is up on IP's website. It could be any day now that they start releasing them.

I'm sure they will have a few alternating designs.

San Mateo Phase 2++ @ Stonegate

Bad news for San Mateo III, they are now standardizing all upgrades. They will have the cabinets, counter tops, backsplashes, etc. picked out for you.

    Cypress Village Homes

What do you think IP will build here? It's so close to the freeway, I can't imagine these selling well.

    Cypress Village Homes

Looking at the picture, and how its a cluster of 4 homes, this must be the layout for this tract.

    Cypress Village Homes

Looks like these will be the first homes to be released. Is it me, or do these look like really squished together detached condos?

Anyone have any idea when the models will open for Cypress Village? The entrance off of Sand Canyon looks complete and I've seen allot more construction activity these past few days.

Irvine Home Day Care for infant (Woodbury Area)

I recommend using ocnannies.com to find a nanny as opposes to using a day care. That way, your child will be in the comforts of home and not around too many kids getting overstimulated. Plus, they do light house keeping and cooking.

[IHB] Open House Review: 6 Night Bloom

What if the market starts to balance out (if it ever does)? Wouldn't the value of this house drop substantially?

[IHB] Open House Review: 6 Night Bloom

What good does aesthetics do when you have constant noise pollution. I pulled this off of the EPA website: "Noise pollution adversely affects the lives of millions of people.  Studies have shown that there are direct links between noise and health.  Problems related to noise include stress...

[IHB] Open House Review: 6 Night Bloom

My wife really loved this house. I really didn't mind the small dining space but the road noise from culver and even from the 5 freeway was a mood killer. I wonder what the final bid was.

    Low inventory?

With Heritage fields, Cypress village, Portola springs, and the rest of Stonegate, as well as surrounding cities' (Rancho Mission Viejo) communities releasing new homes this summer, I would think this summer is going to have a high number.

    Low inventory?

Isn't there usually a spike in inventory in the summer time?

Paging Iho. Lay's Chicken & Waffle Chips.

I don't know about anyone else, but I sure do love a big glass of cold milk with my spaghetti. I could imagine it now; Spaghetti Marinara Ruffles, Garlic Cheesy Bread Lays, and Frosty Milk Cheetos.

Paging Iho. Lay's Chicken & Waffle Chips.

I was there around 1230. It was well stocked in the chip isle on the bottom shelves.
