Is Netflix going to die in the next year?

Why not cut out the middle man (netflix & redbox) and have the networks sell off subscriptions of their own content?

San Mateo Phase 2++ @ Stonegate

Plan 1 and 2 were from 605 - 620 while plan 3 was around 640. And to remind you, these lots were bigger and gave you the option of adding a California or observatory room. So, it's about a 20k increase since I got on the list.

Bowerman landfill trash may "burn" one day?

Are you sure the smell wasn't fresh manure being laid? When ever TIC lays new manure, I have the same reaction. Only happens a few times a year though.

    Upcoming Neighborhoods at Stonegate

They must be building these in the far north west corner since IP already has plans to build Mendocino in the lot next to JOST and San Mateo III.

Cambria @ Stonegate Grand Opening on Jan. 26th

Plan 1 & 2 is Around 630 and Plan 3 is currently around 670. From what I heard, if you are not on the wait list by now, you wont get a home. The next San Mateo like residence will be in Cypress Village.

    Cypress Village Homes

My whole point is that saying a pool is salt water is a sales gimmick. Maybe if you wouldn't have left a rotting tampon up your ass, you could have realized that before you left a rude a$$ comment.

    Cypress Village Homes

Thats different. Water softeners use actual salt, while salt water pools use a broken down version of salt. In fact, after the salt has been broken down, it creates hypochlorous acid and sodium hypochlorite. So a salt water pool is not chlorine free at all.
