Went by HC around 12 today. Was super packed! Prices for Marbella phase 4 are at the same prices as seen during broker's opening.  The kids had a blast with the face painting and amazing balloon artist (the best I have ever seen).

We are debating on hardwood flooring vs tiles that look like wood. We have always had hardwood flooring. Does anybody have experience with the tiles that look like wood?

I love the glass doors! We will have 3 in our home. I know the dual staircase takes a lot of space, but I feel that it is space worth spent when dealing with a house so large. I think it really makes the house feel grand.

My favorite is the Santa Monica. I love the dual floating staircase. Also, the master bath is amazing.

We are in the interior section, so not sure about the area next to the nature preserve.

I have already gotten a quote with Farmers. I didn't have any issues.
