according to five points, the land south of Ellwood/Melody is going to be a park area.
Any insiders have details about the park? looks like the contaminated area is right on that area.
just wondering if any prospective buyers are still interested in buying Ellwood with current 60K+ price hike and a slowest development in the whole beacon park? they didn't even close one property since August.
Thanks for sharing the info.
foundation sets/sinks into final position is more related to dirt types which is discussed in other thread.
hope it is not a major issue.
looking at the new construction site at BP, shouldn't those home buyers be worried about the coming winter rain? does anyone think the wet wood/frame could be a problem for new homes?
that's correct, Ellwood has increased 50k+ on every model since the grand opening in August. looking at the speed of their sales, and compare the price range they are in, it doesn't look good that Ellwood will stay moderate on price hike.
it is a headache to have bought a home which owner doesn't have access the the exterior wall, but some property doesn't have this issue. zero lot could mean the house is sitting on the property line which faces the street/greens/hoa area etc..
