To add to abosch.... Eastwood feels closer to the city than beacon park or portola springs......Cypress village is nearly sold out on Zinnia 's and Caserta pricing is way too high ...its like paying a peak price due to the last few phases left...So eastwood apparently is standing out..

I can definitely say that school wise you wont be disappointed if you move here for academic reasons. The schools have good enrichment programs. they ll challenge the kids if they are a "a little so called ahead" or if the kids need support they offer all the support they can to make sure they...

You might want to look at Vine @Portola Springs and Brio. Vine just opened up couple of months back. they have several floor plans. I looked at Brio. it looks amazing and they may even offer some credit for the upgrades.

I like the Avalon for its single level plan and lower mello roos , not because of Northwood HS. Once portola  HS opens up and becomes a Gold Ribbon or some other colored ribbon then it will become popular. For folks who are already in Beacon Park, do you'll like it there ? Any feedback ?
