looking for contractor to partition room / interior wall and door

Hi all. I'm looking for someone to frame in part of the 3rd bay of my garage into a little store room with an interior door to the garage and an exterior door on the other side to my home office.  The wall between isn't load-bearing or shear so it should be pretty simple.  Just one new wall...

    Installing Solar

Good info here!  We're in Northpark and have huge electric bills during the summer even with shades and playing with vents and thermostats.  We've got a huge, flat section of roof facing southwest that would be perfect for panels. And, with the shallow roof angle and being higher than the house...

Great timing - I just found/joined this forum and came to ask about this topic.  Our house is about 4000 ft^2 and the master bath is as far as possible from the water heater in the garage.  I'll have to look into the re-circulator product.  I was just thinking of putting in a local, tankless...

    Creamistry?

Hi all. Just found this site.  Been living in Northpark since 2000 - halfway between the Orchard Hills Plaza and Northpark Plaza.  Anyone know when the Creamistry liquid-nitrogen ice-cream place is opening down at Culver & Barranca?  Never had this but reviews of similar places all say it's...

    Beignets!!!

Thanks for the info!  My wife got hooked when we went to NOLA a couple of years ago and we couldn't find anything good around here.  I ended up making them from scratch.  Not hard and tasted great but took a lot of work! David
