For a KB product I was impressed except for the typical KB diagonal counters and walls found in some units.  The smog eating roofs are interesting.  I'm curious of the use of these in other future developments as I don't think buyers, especially foreigners, have an appetite for it or care. 

That's one symmetric looking neighborhood.  It is more repetitive than porn.  If I was drunk and were to be dropped off at the corner of Sand Canyon and Spring Meadow, I guarantee I would not be able to find the house (off visualization) I am looking for. 

Model home site work has commenced! I'm guessing PI pricing of $285 SF.  I believe Resmark bought these lots from Lyon two years ago with arrangement to keep Lyon on board as a fee builder.
