    @ps You may want to suggest them to work with another builder. They currently use a 3rd party builder that produces nice looking but cheaply built dwellings. They cut corners inside and out. Hasn't anybody ever noticed cracked stucco outside these new homes? What about these wobbly kitchen...

    If your detached condo is on a motorcourt then you must wash your car inside your garage. That's a major hassle considering the narrowness of these garages. Yet you most likely do not need any power extension to vacuum inside your vehicle. Not sure this advantage balances out the above.

    Well, I could be wrong because it's been quite a long while since I went to visit a TIC sales office but I remember an IPac sales person mentioning that IPac does not allow home inspections prior to close of escrow. It did not sound right to me but I did not insist at that time.

    It looks like all of TIC's 2011 new developments in Stonegate are in Phase 3 or 4, 3 months after their grand opening. The current pace of sales may not be as fast as back in 2010 but it does not look too bad either given the competition from other builders in Portola springs and Woodbury...
