    Belvedere at Eastwood

Today I saw a lot of people at Belvedere, Piedmont and Helena. These 3 tracts will be open next Sat. One different thing I found is,  Belvedere mentions that HOA will cover front yard while Piedmont sales said front yard need to be take care by homeowners themselves. Is this a common case in...

This is not only for Cressa I guess. Every tract in PS3 have this disclosure to sign. Is there a similar document when people trying to to buy Beacon Park homes?

[IHB] Eastwood Village: Petaluma Neighborhood Review

I checked all resale home in market in last few month.  I have been in market for almost half year. Actually price of  Petaluma is very reasonable. Some closed sales of San Mateo from STG is above 800K. (some of them have low upgrades, maybe only like 10K cost of upgrade) EW is definitely...

Cressa at Portola Springs - The New Home Company

Good tip. Till last weekend, all Legado and LaCressa phase 1 sold out. Apperantly, as a large home( both of Legado and LaCressa target at 2000+ sqt home market with at least 4 bedrooms), their price is fairly low. As a phase 1 home, not low enough, but acceptable. Possible reasons that cause...

    Marin at Eastwood

Phase 3 price come out Without any upgrade, phase 3 price begin with: R1: $864000 R1Y: $938000 R2: $933000 At the same time, I see phase 1 and phase 2  still have a few left, especially residence 2.(4 of 8 sold after open around 3 weeks). As a neighborhood of popular Petaluma, Marin's price...

Which Irvine village offers best value for investment property?

Well, that depends. However, I think part of you said maybe correct. First of all, I think all of you know what happened to China stock market(so called "A shares") in 2015. A small group of people with inside trading information make a lot of money. Then I could guess, well, they need transfer...

Which Irvine village offers best value for investment property?

I guess numbers of FCB will also decrease from now on. Here is a few factors affect China FCB: 1. China economy is not that good and show a sign of decline. (GDP fell below 7%) 2. Government restrict money flow out of China. 3. Stock market crush. 4. When is the golden time for corrupt money...

    Legado at Portola Springs III

Here is my information: 1. Phase 1 sold out for all 6 pizza homes. 2. Phase 2 is actually being built earlier than phase 1 and we could see their base and wood frame from model home. Phase 2 will be finished in June or July while phase 1 will be 2 to 3 months later than that. 3. Price of phase...

    Legado at Portola Springs III

Thanks for those advice. I am considering to buy a home from Legado or Cressa. It can satisfy my need as long as it has 4bedroom and driveways. I spent more time on talking with Brookfield Staff. They are so nice. It looks all homes in Legado did great upgrade such as brown sugar cabinetry...

Piedmont at EW or Cressa at PSIII

WOW, what a amazing summary. It's my first to hear that Piedmont have some shared driveways and even a few build in motor court . I thought EW will provide true SFR. I hope Belvedere don't have same thing.

Cressa at Portola Springs - The New Home Company

I need to wait for at least next phase. I didn't like phase 1 at all. If you check site map, you will see Big Oak is too crowded and noisy. It's the only way to get out of this enclosed Legado neighborhood. I really want to choose some quiet location. BTW, phase 1 open from site 9,10,11,12...
