    Unbelievably hideous - having coinage does not always equate to having good taste! But if they have $$ to splurge on a mil plus home, they have money to consult with an interior designer as Paris said! We always remain neutral and classic with our design palette too for resale purposes.

    I can try to find out for you! We asked about that in the design center and it was exorbitantly priced, probably upwards of 40K just for downstairs (if memory serves me correctly) We went with a different floor, albeit just as beautiful, and over 50% cheaper than the plan 2 flooring :)

    We had roughly the same quote. Just around 34K for hardscape, landscape, materials, irrigation, pavers, artificial turf, front steps, gate installation, trees, plants - (plants and labor), and warranty. Ours could have been lower but we ordered a lot of plants and trees.

    Ahhh yes - I remember those episodes of LB Season 2 with her in it #cringeworthy I'm sure the shop will eventually close, maybe they're just running the lease out ;) At least one can dream! I was more shocked to see her cupcake shop replace Pinkberry at the Spectrum months ago.
