Semi-related.. SharkSteamMop - a steam mop for the floor, anyone try it? There's been infomercials for them. I've been thinking about getting one and they are relatively inexpensive.

Speaking of that type of food in the Irvine area - what about Nice Time Deli? It's nearby Ai-chung and that new Chef Chen's. Usually full of people, but noticed lately it's been empty. Porkchop rice is pretty standard menu item. (Most of the times I share that plate and the owner(i think)...

Update: The guy stopped around 10:45PM. Sounded like he ran out of tunes to play... It seriously seemed like he was playing from his 2nd floor balcony. Thanks for the firearm suggestion and sound proof drywall. If I ever consider an attached property, it'd be fun to do a sound check...

That's right, it's going on right at this moment. I can hear it through the walls. There must be a jam session going on. He's been jamming for the last 10 mins. Same song though, not bad. How long do you think it'll be before he'll be asked to stop?

Looks like everyone got a new avatar ( or couldn't find their old one) after the upgrade. I was kinda used to the old ones, I guess the upgrade didn't carry them over.

I'm renting and totally loving it. It's freedom. Also, I don't think I'm ready to "settle" yet. Could easily blow my savings on a 1bed condo, but then will have to deal with taxes, insurance, HOA's, and the monthly payment. It's kinda fun to watch the new homes listing pop up and see...
