Hmm that is really odd... they quoted me 3570sf for the outside lot and 3267sf for the middle lot. Is there a big discrepancy between sizes of the lots between each phase? How much smaller were the phase 1 lots?

Demand still seems very strong! We are on the list but we are still looking at resales in the meantime. Given the price increases, by the time our number is called it might be too expensive for us! lol.

I checked out Grape Arbor today as well and there were a lot of people (all the parking on the street was full), and the majority of visitors were Asian, with the majority of those Chinese!

I just saw the homes recently and my favorite was plan 3. I agree there is limited space for kitchen bar stools and wish the island could have been pushed further back (although i'm sure once i lived there i would be spending much more time behind the counter than in front!). <!-- s:)...

If there is only one set of HOAs and the size of land is similar to other legitimate SFR's, then what is the detriment of having detached condo vs. SFR? Is it just the resale value? The stigma?
