    Last time we went to Santa Cruz they had a list with unsold units from past phases, so it seems they are not selling as well or as quickly as Montecito or Monterey.  Coronado seemed to be selling pretty well, especially the plan 2's that had street entrance vs. motor court entrance.

    yes, the price does seem high, but so do the prices for the rest of the collection (incl. montecito which also offers 3bd + den for nearly $750k!)!  others have said to wait if you can, but a lot depends on your personal situation and whether it's better for you to buy now vs. later. welcome...

    i saw a short sale for another unit with this layout and it felt really cramped in the living room (the front door actually opened right into the side of the couch!)... i will say the owner had rather large furniture though. lol.

    yeah i was wondering how bad the street noise would be as well so i went out to the lot on that side to test it, but it didn't seem that bad to me... i guess backing to long meadow seems minor compared to sand canyon (which i was considering previously). <!-- s:) -->:)<!-- s:) -->

    yes the front two are sold... the middle ones and last one on the right are available. i really liked the floorplans of all except the middle two... too bad calpac didn't end up producing more of these!

    i agree the lower mello roos is definitely a plus for WBE... the sight of the cell tower scares me though... not sure if there are any around WB, but i haven't seen any.

    alex and fe, just wondering if either of you considered santa cruz plan 3 since it is a similar size (3bd + den) and less expensive? santa cruz in general seems to have less interest than montecito, so just wondering why... a few reasons montecito seems more desirable: - sfh vs. detached...
