    Just stopped by today. All of phase 6 is marked as sold. My wife and would love to be in on phase 6 but we were worried about the price. We paid a premium for a larger lot and still phase 6 was $28,000 more than what we bought. Was it worth it? I thought that street was fantastic.

    I'm just saying the FOBS that are buying at OH see this as a big motivator and if you're lucky enough to get in early then they will elevate the value of your home. I now a lot of Asians are waiting for the IUSD side of Strada, and once they jump in, you'll see values rise.

    What do you consider a big lot for new construction in Irvine?

    For my OH home it's 2480 sqft and I paid a premium for a back yard that is 25-30 deep. The sides a 5ft. 18.5 ft driveway. This is considered premium.
