Trellis court price used to be starting from  high 700s and just now they changed to low 800s. Is this some kind of trick they use to attract people?

what are the advantages and disadvantages of attached condos.( single wall attached)? we like Helena plan 3 in Eastwoood, but little scared of future problems. Plan 2 is only garage attached. but the model is not as good as plan 3. looking for some expert opinions.

So, is it really happening? or are there going to be more discussions about the cemetery..? If its really happening, then the prices can get effected..?
