People should learn to properly read a balance sheet prior to making claims.

Correction. 1 Billion cash, 100 million investments with 1.8 Billion long terms debt and 700 million Accounts Payable. The Balance sheet is not as good as you are making it out to be. They need to continue their cash flow to service their debt.

So at $250/sq ft. you offered them $487,500, what is the current pricing of the unit? I know there are a couple of plan 2's and 3's on MLS for $261/sq ft.
