I think you can get ~ $10-$14 per sqft outside at places like Venetian flooring or hardwood flooring depot. of course depending on what kind of hardwood flooring you are planning to get. I got a rough estimate from these guys over the weekend.

We always do the rental car way to go to LAX if there is no one available to drop/pick us up.  Its pretty convenient especially if you have more than 2 people heading over there with a car full of luggage. Only thing is the car rental drop off location is not inside LAX but the rental car...

I think they just didn't update their list from the last phase.  They also called me today even tho I told them last phase I was no longer interested. hopefully since I didn't respond this time they will take me off their call list.

we just barely place our name on the priority list last weekend and they also gave us a call that very same day for the lot 205 plan 2 but we decline cuz it didn't have a guest suite .... so maybe that could be a reason why it's still available??

got an email from them stating phase 1 is all sold out ... asked if I wanted to be a back up ....

I live in VOC near the edinger , the "quiet zone" on redhill has really cut down on the honking, but occasionally you would hear one or two.  If the house is quiet enuff I can hear the train go by or if i have the window open, but its nothing that bothers me that much.  Maybe i have been there...

Freshia is closed.  Went there last week and the supermarket is empty.  But i think their food court is still open. 

If your not into Soju you can always ask them to subsitute it with more meat instead. I have done it many times =).
