That's quite an estate, definitely not a tract home though. If you have 10 mil+ to spend I'm sure you could have something like that in shady canyon.  If that's your expectation for 2 million in Irvine you really don't know the market.

What does an estate home look like to you?  Double door entries and curved staircases seem estate like to me but I haven't been in many estates to know what makes a home an estate.
