My only concern at jade court is freeway noise and pollution. If I can't open windows then what's the point of living in OC :)

Thanks , they have exactly same floor plan at Luna in PS, but that is at least 30k cheaper than CV. Plan3 at Luna was 628k at last phase

Freeway noise is terrible at jasmine. Can't imagine paying 720k and living so close to the noise. Called sales office and they were desperate to sell, I can understand why.

We were in a similar situation, have decided to go for three beds. Simple reason is they r easy to sell, and appreciate more than 2 bed rooms in my opinion.

I meant residence 2 vs residence 3 :) We thought residence 2 was little tight in the living area. Residence-3 seems to be the best floor plan. Specially with Loft upstairs makes it really good deal. I dont like three story homes, too much walk up and down the stairs

where exactly is the land fill? the one at Bea canyon? If that is the one, is that not closer to Stone gate/great park more than Lambert ranch/Luna/ Quin
