Curious,  how come  Amelia & Trevi, most expensive homes are on TUSD side?  When FCB are TUSD repellent and they are the potential buyers. Who is buying homes in Orhard Hills or any 1m+ homes in Irvine. Would you call it bad planning on builder end? Or  is it just a perception about FCBs or...

MLS listing had Stonecreek, when we made a trip to the local park and asked parents and found there was re-zoning recently. There was one year around elementary school (did not work for us) and Culverdale was traditional school (back 2012 was not gr8 rating and parents reviews).

We considered only SFR. And the one we made an offer was single level (if I remember correctly it was 3500+ sq ft built area and 8000+ lot size). Excellent floor plan. I think, there was a water creek bed in the back of those houses and a trail.

Sounds great. Is there car parking place,before or around the trail? Not comfortable riding the bike in main Portola steert to get to the trail with a young kid.

If I can afford, I like living room and great-room concept or it looks like one NY apartment room. End of the day each home has its buyer so totally personal preference and budget.
