Myford, Peter's Canyon and Ladera are all excellent schools.  As a long-time Irvine and Tustin resident, TUSD is actually a plus for me over IUSD.  My friend's son goes to an elementary school in Irvine and is currently the only non-Asian kid in his class.  I like Asians, they're polite and work...

I'm quite positive it'll pick up soon.  How long do the homeowners have to complete their front landscaping?  Some of the completed streets in The Groves look derelict in positively unattractive without front landscaping.  Presumably they must complete it within a certain amount of time?

I could never contemplate CV or SG, too uniform for my liking - there's nothing to distinguish those villages from anywhere else.  PP is a little more unique but not good to be buying in the last phases.  Will be interested to check out BP when it becomes available.
