Who knows what the trend is.  Even if it's trending now, who's to say what it's going to be like 5-10 years down the track.  My advice is to go with what you love.  My preference has always been white cabinets so that's what I chose.  I didn't get the upgrade - preferred the pared down...

Backyard was important to me, as well as street appeal.  Long Fence (outside perimeter) was the only street I would've been interested in, but beyond my price.  My kid is older and not into the playground thing anymore, so the quiet cul-de-sac set up for riding bikes and block parties is perfect.

Exactly.  I really liked the Terrazza 2X, but the lack of a driveway was a major concern given the fact that my kid will have their own car in a few years.  The lack of a pool in close proximity was another factor.

How are sales going on latest release?  When do they release Phase 14?

It's interesting that the Plan 2s have increased $40k, when the bigger Plan 3s have only increased $30k.  I did hear that that the next 3x (Phase 15) has 3 parties interested.  That'll go at a premium. 

I'm surprised that building has slowed.  They released the earlier phases a lot more quickly with Phases 5-10 being released in quick succession.  The recent phases have sold more quickly than the earlier phases, so I don't know why they haven't kept the same pace with release dates.  Driving up...
