Strada has definitely established a momentum. Can't slow that train down. A neighbor was telling me that they were approached by someone recently asking if they were interested in selling their Plan 2, they're not. There doesn't appear to have been any post-escrow home sales in Strada as far...
I don't know why some folks are so against La Vita's motorcourts. Certainly wouldn't be a negative for me - you're getting a driveway and a motorcourt.
It'll be interesting to see the pricing for Phase 20 to get a better idea of increases for regular lots (Phase 19 has a couple of big lots too). Having said that, I don't think the streets down the other side will be as nice as those off Horseshoe since they're at the bottom of the boundary...
10ft is too small to contemplate a conservatory! However, most yards don't have a 10ft setback; I'd say 14-18ft is probably average. The 2X and 3X look nicer than the regular 2s and 3s from the outside, plus there's the benefit of extra storage space off the laundry and potential...
The club house is located further up the hill, behind Strada. There's the clubhouse, Olympic pool, kids' pool, playground etc., all accessible to Strada, Terrazza, Vista Scena et al residents.

Wars have started over less. This is your home so go with something that reflects your taste. There are a lot of homes in Strada with white cabinets, so you'd be bucking the trend.
They look brown on my screen. If you're planning on being there a while, then you should go with the sage as that's your preference. What color floor/walls?
There's always going to homes going up for rent - luckily for Ariesinapril it's across the road and not next door. :P
It's the shame the upgrades are minimal as it's a nice lot with good views on a quiet street. Too bad they didn't paint the interior at least.
The "cut" for the Plan 3 is...
Lot 122 is a 3G so I think that has the stonework and is a regular sized lot. The larger lots in Phase 15 are 125 (3E), 126 (1GR), 127 (2ER) and 128 (3XD). Even though 128 is on Horseshoe, it's an excellent sized lot with a nice square yard - it's sold of course. The other lots have...
