    I've been there as well and never smelled anything. I guess it was a litterconcerning to hear someone say they can smell trash. I think if this was the case you would see more complaints about the smell. The fact that you don't is a good sign.

    yes i googled it as well and the tank looks like its almost self contained. If it does break it looks like the water is channeled between the toll road and the homes making the danger of flooding very minimal. I'm just curious if the lender will require flood insurance.

    When looking at Sevilla homes some lenders required buyers get flood insurance due to the water tank. Does anybody know if this is true for Las Ventanas? Also does the water tank pose a danger to Las Ventanas in case the tank does rupture? I'm not sure where the tank is located.

    Thanks, I changed the rate. I agree that pricing probably won't hold, but I don't think it will sky rocket. The biggest thing las ventanas has going for it is pricing. If they raise the prices to high they won't sell. For phase one builder was including frig,washer and dryer as incentives.

    I really don't think these units will sell as quickly as TIC think they will. SGE demand has slowed and with interest rates at 5% and climbing and with increased prices of these stonegate units i can see sales being slow. And i also don't see TIC  being able to raise pricing at each phase release.
