Hi All, I'm really confused about how the assessor values land on Irvine property tax bill. I see that my neigbor and other homes on the same street have much lower land value. Therefore they have lower tax bill. My house was bought about 15 years ago and a house bought a few years ago still...

I don't understand why anyone would want to live there. Isn't there a lot of pollution on that land due to all the spilled solvents, chemicals and jet fuel?

I predict Woodbury and Cypress Villiage along with Heritage rezoned to the 5th high school. I see stonegate and ps continuing to go to NW High.
