Tell that to the residents in woodbridge. TCE fumes will seep up from the ground and get into the air. Perhaps you should research before you make such statements.

I would be concerned. The wind will carry the pesticides from aerial spraying. Its just not worth the risk.

Thank you RKP. I think BP is pretty close to the plume and wouldn't want to subject my family to it. Wind shifts or change of direction of the plume would give me sleepless nights.

Not surprised. There will be a lot of inventory out there with PS,CV,OH,HC and both marine bases. If the market isn't right in 2017, who knows when these home will be built as TIC will just sit on the land until the market is high again.

Hi guys, been reading a few threads about Pavlion Park homes and many mention 2% annual increase in property tax? Can someone give me more detail about this? Are those posters saying property taxes will increase 2% every year in PP?

Did you ever complain to HOA or to the Board or even Irvine PD?

HOA can't do anything. Tried that route already. You wouldn't be laughing if your neigbor slammed their front door 5-10 times a day at all hours disturbing your family. I've tried talking to them, contacted HOA. I'm all out of options. Irvine PD makes sense to me.
