    These are north of irvine blvd by the 133. The TCE plume is from Hanger 296 which is in the sw corner of gp near the orange balloon. So it isn't near the toxic area. It least the known area of toxicity

    I assume the inventory is based on MLS listings.  How about new homes?  TIC has been releasing a steady supply, but Fivepoints will have 700+ homes at the end of this year and next year
