I agree with this, it's hard to imagine a crash occuring in the same way considering how excruciating it was to buy our current house or to get qualified now.

Do the paint later if you can, or yourself. I think the price comes out better, and you get much better options, like semi gloss near wet areas.

When I lived in an apartment complex in Irvine which had a gated underground parking, someone opened my car door and also left it slightly opened.  I was more afraid that my battery would be depleted or the person had dirty hands than missing things, but still, who has time for this kind of thing.
