Maybe we should rank the Feng Shui parameters that hold the most weight with these types of buyers?  I think the one that holds the least amount of weight is the one where it is bad luck to be at the top of a hill i.e. having a view.  Would an FCB really prefer Woodbury over Turtle Ridge's Summit?

Not sure why so many people complain that Irvine has too many asians.  Most of my white male friends want to move to Irvine so they can date asian girls.  The only ones that complain are my white female friends.

I have never seen a category of "mixed" in any Irvine census data.  Even API scores for schools don't show that.
