I hope you are right. I think it would be a lot easier to stick with what Irvine/Tustin has been accustomed to....that is TUSD for folks living on the Northpark side of Culver and IUSD for folks living on the other side of Culver. It's logical and already in place for a long time.
I would disagree with your statement. Logic and common sense should have everything to do with it and if this is not happening people should express their discontent and demand changes.
The school boundary lines within this document can't be correct or hopefully has been modified/revised. How can your neighbor next door be zoned to another school district. These boundaries do not make any logical sense whatsoever. I am hoping that if there are any Irvine Company...
Whoever drew these boundary maps were idiots or drunk. It does not make any sense that their is a split in school districts for homeowners living in the non gated side of OH.
Based on these maps, people who by Strada or Terraza homes in OH will be zoned to TUSD. This does not make sense. I hope TUSD and IUSD agree to let people within the Culver/OH Drive loop stay within IUSD.
Does anyone know if all of the amenities (e.g, pools) will be shared by all of the homeowners living in OH? I get the feeling that if you live in OH outside of the gates, you will NOT be allowed to use the pools inside of the gates in OH.
Each person is unique and different. People on this board like to stereotype ethnic groups and brush everyone in that group as the same. As we all know, there are good, bad, friendly, social, introverted, rude, kind people in every racial category.
Chill out Bones, it Christmas Eve...I know TIC will not skimp out on perimeter wall finish on this development. I just need to know if OH is in a fire zone and what that would mean to my insurance bill.
