I need engineered wood for my entire downstairs.  If you go to the design center they call it a hybrid floor.  Looks better than your standard laminate or engineered and just as durable.

haha...I was at the mall this holiday weekend shopping and saw a tour bus full of Chinese with suitcases slurping up all the luxury items. Just throwing the joke out there.  And yes I have seen Japanese do it too...just happened this weekend was Chinese. :P

Some need the green card to buy luxury items at South Coast so they can take it back to China to replicate.  I saw waves of Chinese with suitcases at all the luxury stores loading up with gear.

Given the current market of Chinese/Koreans migrating to Irvine, I could probably see renting rooms out to foreign exchange students. My next door neighbor in college was a guy renting out his extra bedrooms to foreign exchange students.  They pretty much covered his entire rent.

It's the same reason they put a wok kitchen in the model homes.  Just makes it enticing for the FCB.  Why haggle a price with us loan folk when you can over price your house with a cash buyer.
