    I visited today.  They said 3 of 6 first phase homes released sold.  No other sold homes as phases are not released.  Not sure where the 20 number comes from.  Maybe reservations? These homes are TINy btw.  Downstairs are so small.  Lofts are decent i guess.

    i agree on the view thing, not sure where people are getting these views.  all the homes are at the same elevation, so there are no homes which will be able to see above other ones.  also the ones backing the toll roads will look southwest over the toll road.  perhaps you can see things now...

    enclave at yorba linda

    has anyone been up to see the enclave model homes by toll bros up by yorba linda high?  4700-6000 sq feet, the models are done up ridiculous.  1.8-2.3M base, i'd say 600K-700K upgrades probably with landscaping in the models  toll seems to be really on their game lately.  very nice homes, though...

    I was driving to check out la vita and messina and was annoyed at how many cars were parked out on the main street sunset cv where the houses are fully built. Makes the whole area look like some condo development.  Would never pay la vita prices to live there.

    it's funny, i was looking at new construction, and they have several '14' homes they can't sell and are in quick move in status.  the guy at the sales office was complaining and saying he would call the irvine company and have them change the numbers.  ha.  like that's gonna happen.

    wow.  these homes look pretty nice.  i was hoping for some big homes i could afford up in orchard hills 1/4 but looks like they will be out of my price range.  any guesses on starting price?  2.5-3?
