    Don't know which planet you came from , but we are doing fine in here at PS :) , with woodbury town center 1.2 miles (4 min drive) or 15 min walk - its a nice, clean, brand new affordable community where you may get more bang for your buck as my condo is linked with NorthWood High, PS Elementary...

    Were those 10% deductions on $1M+ above homes? Or practically everything they had to offer? The pamphlet i got from them had the lowest pricing start around 650k for condos.

    I agree, nothing is a freaking bargain in Irvine, some people love spreading rumors and influencing their opinion on others to put food on their own table. Prices are on the high and continue to be so...even a damn new condo entry price point is at 550k

    Hmmm enlighten me more please, i am brand new to IR and just started living here....and whats the whole deal with AirBnB, aren't people allowed to do whatever the hell they want to do inside their homes?     Thanks RKP, the guy i hired for my inspection didn't do much as i was on-site the whole time, and just wandered around the condo with his little torch, spotted a broken bulb, asked to replace AC filter, couldn't get into attic complaining its too narrow to enter and made a cool $325 in 2 hours...
