How is it possible for TIC/IP to know if you were there or not if 10K people are there at once?

That is a stretch....I would consider white as being European descent.

Do I have to show up with my RE broker on the Grand Opening Day to qualify for the broker co-op rebate?  Just wondering how TIC is going to handle this when nearly 10K people are expected to show up. 

It's all about the $$$$$.  School districts get paid by the state based on enrollment.  So there is no way TUSD is going to give up those $$$$.

If IP built these with 10 ft. ceilings it wouldn't have to go on the MLS.  People really like 10 ft or higher ceilings.  C'mon TIC/IP get with the program.  It doesn't cost that much more and you can probably charge a little more for it.  All the homes in OH better have 10 ft+ ceilings.

It just doesn't make any sense that IP would build homes with 10 ft ceilings in CV, but not in OH when they plan to charge a lot more money for these homes with no views and tiny 3,500 sf lots.  It feels like we are in another real estate bubble. 

Does anyone know if these homes will have 10 or 11 foot ceilings?  Any homesites with views?  Thanks.

The TUSD schools zoned for OH are all fine and well regarded, but it doesn't make sense to split the district in a development.  What if you have kids already attending Northwood HS and want to buy in Strada?  You're limited to only certain lots and the kid next door (literally) goes to Beckman...

What I don't understand is HS#5 is located in the middle of the Great Park development which will have thousands of homes/residents.  Shouldn't this HS just be zoned for the future Great Park residents?  Or make the cut off on Sand Canyon rather than Jeffrey so that Stonegate East, WE, PS, PP...

TIC should post the map on the OH website.  Make it easier on everyone.

The fact that Strada will be split between TUSD and IUSD is absolutely ridiculous and a perfect example of bureaucratic incompetence.  The people responsible for letting this happen should resign from their post in shame. What a pity that kids living right next door to each other might be going...

I might have to re-think my decision to buy here.  Maybe NP is the overall better investment; gated and none of the negative "nature" nuisances.

Being that OH is being built next to olive ochards and the mountains does anyone know if being so close to "nature" have any negative drawbacks such as bats, rodents, crickets, wild animals and loud bird noises that homeowners need to be mindful before buying here?
