After getting on the Priority list at Roundtree in December I finally got a call today!  Their loss because I'm buying from another builder.  They should have released more homes instead of holding them.  Greedy bastards.  Now the market is slowing down they won't be able to sell them fast enough.

But it's better for the HOA to do the work than letting a confrontation escalate to something worse.

When I first moved into my home my neighbor would throw these huge parties that went on until 4am with loud music and people yelling.  This happened every weekend for a month.  I constantly called the HOA, sent emails, and called the police.  The last time I complained...  he received a bill...
