    Also with regards to sink next to laundry - if you have kids, especially newborns, it is nice to pre-wash the dirty clothes before throwing them into the wash. I wonder what the price point will be on these, it is getting close to moving time for us (summer)

    USC - if your interest rate if 1.5% you must have graduated pre-2005. Most of the student loan rates have skyrocketed and my wife's subsidized stafford from grad-school is 6.8%, private loans were 8%, undergrad rates are still 4.5-5%

    Plop those models in Woodbury and they would have sold by now. I think for WE they do not work, they are the highest-priced homes in the community and that seems to be a problem.

    Hardwood Flooring in the Kitchen?

    We have bamboo floors in our kitchen and it shows EVERYTHING, so I would recommend against a softer wood like IHO said. Personally I would prefer tile due to damage from dropped objects and spills/water from washing dishes.
