<p>Thanks for your kind comments. The community profile page is useful for the neighborhoods I havent lived in, but the hard part is finding special assessments... HOA is fairly easy to find via the MLS. Plus, I was also looking at some of the more shall i say, 'liberal' statements of HOA...
