I've often wondered that. At what point do people walk. You hear of people $200,000, $250,000, $300,000 underwater. Average that over 7 years and those people have to be tempted.

Seems to me that with a large number of high $ ARM's reseting / high dollar homes being repo'ed, there will be a large volume of high end furniture hitting the consignment shops within the year.

I count the unsold Plan 1 lofts on the layout map everytime I go by the sales office (since March-ish). The number hasn't changed in 4 months.
