The decor/interior design was definitely distracting.  With the great views, the homes would probably sell a lot quicker if they had staged them to be coastal chic, rather than Moroccan themed....too much use of bright colors.

You should be able to just show up and the gate would let you in since it's officially opening this weekend.  But, to be sure you can always call them. The home design and floor plans are awesome...I think much better than Trevi, but I wasn't in love with the staging/interior design.

I think lot #5 is the one people are trying to wait for....36,000sqft lot, plenty of room to add the casita option.

No, I'm not particularly monitoring any demographic for any purpose. I was just curious what made another member think that...and if there's truth behind the statement.

Why aren't Asians and Persians with young kids buying in this location? It seems like the floor plans (well at least plans 2 and 3) are catered to younger families with multiple young kids -- upstairs master bedroom and multiple secondary bedrooms upstairs as well.
