    They both are okay. I just want to move to a place where it comparable to rent. Landlord called and want to raise rent. The rejected one is bigger, but kitchen is old, better neighborhood, but noisy . The other one is smaller, but nicer kitchen and quitier.

    oh boy....I don't want to buy two houses....I like both, and I want to see which one come back with our offers. My agent told me I have 17 days to back out of the offers....so I thought why not? Make offers on both homes and see which one is willing to sell to us with our asking price.
