Recs for electrician to install a 240v/NEMA 14-50 outlet

Yes good eye it's a ChargePoint 32 Amp model with the 18 foot cord.  If you haven't ordered yet, I suggest you get the 25 foot cord - I realized after installation the 25 is more ideal because you can park backwards and still have ample cord when charging.  Oh well... The rebate I applied for...

Recs for electrician to install a 240v/NEMA 14-50 outlet

Keep in mind that we are only talking about the outlet itself.  Even if you had paid the builder (which I paid $400) they do absolutely no termination or plug work for you.  I got a empty junction box with 4 wires inside.  I checked around and it would cost me another $250 to terminate the plug...

    Opus at Beacon park

I would avoid tap water even if I weren't living in Irvine.  People take for granted that when water runs clear from the faucet it must be safe.  I would filter any water before giving it to my family.

You must have just joined the site this week.  Please read following compliments of resident ecologist YellowFever: http://www.talkirvine.com/index.php/topic,15273.0.html

    Samsung Galaxy S8

Always go the small one for guys - we don't have the option of throwing it in the purse if it's too big for whatever pants we are wearing that day.

Baker ranch lake forest vs older home irvine

Your situation sounds like the opposite of mine before - we lived in Long Beach for years, and had the backyard, driveway, open floor plan, etc, but my wife did the horrible commute down the 405 to Irvine during those years.  We ended up moving to Irvine finally and accepted having no private...

Just wait til they start burning the trash at Bowerman like they did in Newport Coast.  If they did it there they could always do it in Irvine: County officials and Bren have allowed a gas-recovery company to burn the trash to generate power. Incinerating trash can have negative consequences...

Lexington's Grand Opening 4/22/2017 - All By Toll Brothers

So to correctly address Akkord's original question, there's no MR but there is $307 of total HOA dues every month on these SFR's.  Just my two cents, but that's a steep HOA burden for a non-attached property.

Good question.  Just like Laguna Altura there is a magic force field that surrounds communities priced as "premium" that dissipates said landfill air from reaching virgin lungs of the children living there.  Unfortunately, PS is lacking this protection.  ;D

Thats a pretty conclusive list but since we're getting morbid shouldnt we also say something about the pesticides used on the avocado groves at Orchard Hills and that Laguna Altura kinda falls under "living close to freeways" even though its uphill from the 405 and pollution magically goes away...

New Cell Tower Planned Adjacent To The Great Park

I feel you on the coverage as I get 2 bars on both my Verizon and AT&T lines (though I have yet to drop a call on either).  I just dont see why it has to be so close to those homes now.  The signal would still be 4-5 bars strong at the northwest side.

New Cell Tower Planned Adjacent To The Great Park

Received the notice in the mail about the location of the new cell tower now moved to the northeast side of the UC site right across from the Legado and Silverleaf homes.  I suggest anyone living in PS3 to try to attend the meeting on March 2nd if they're concerned.

Wireless Router Placement for best coverage

My builder did give us the conduit down to the media console standard, but the console shown in the model in the 2nd pic is extra...$8800 extra actually talk about sticker shock.

Wireless Router Placement for best coverage

It sounds from your opening comment you have a new construction.  If that's the case, there should already be CAT5e/CAT6(network) and Coaxial(tv or MOCA devices) run through all your walls back to a main panel in the master closet.  My place has everything behind a white panel in the the...

Wireless Router Placement for best coverage

I think they say that because it's easier to connect to the main cable modem/router.  But if you want the best signal I would suggest an open area on the second floor, such as the loft.  However, the newest AC and N routers should have enough signal penetration regardless having to worry much...

EVA Flight to Taiwan near miss Mt Wilson after take off

That's pretty scary.  Out of curiosity I typed "Real ATC near collision" into YouTube and found a disturbing amount of results. Lots of close calls out there. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b26NcJCLZl4 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eXK1_mcf0fc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d_kT45OXTTY

    President Trump

I have heard of it put this way before as well.  But you have to remember that the "cool off" has over 70 years.  When does that cool off start looking ridiculous? 100 years? 300 years?  Also, the Hawaii analogy ignores that there were a lot of people living on that island before the losing...

    President Trump

Most second gen Taiwanese on this board and in the United States probably don't care about this issue beyond the fact that it created a buzz on Twitter due to Trump supposedly fouling up US/China relations since Nixon's first visit.  However, the situation between Taiwan and Chinese is beyond...

    President Trump

The problem I find with Dinesh is that he's often very good at attacking people for hypocrisy, as he does very well in telling the student to give up his "illicit privilege".  He is basically telling the student the best way to promote actual social change is to lead by personal example. ...

When you say "connectors" what exactly do you mean?  Is this water, gas, sewage, electrical conduit, data connections, etc.?
