With these premium prices, they might as well build a mini water park for the residents similar to the Baker Ranch's main community pool.

Obviously, they are known for the dual staircases and that's already luxurious. Even those with a single staircase, the design works with the house. Their floor plan is generally functional and each of their room just flows to another room.

My mouth dropped when I visited Lexington's Acadia Elite with my clients yesterday. The 3rd floor bonus room with the outdoor "covered" balcony was absolutely beautiful. Lexington has 4 phases left and will be releasing the next phase this coming Friday. Toll Bros, you are the best in designing!

On a regular basis (Mon-Thurs), I'll drink chrysanthemum tea, lots of water, coconut water, 2 cups of coffee throughout the morning and have a small solid breakfast (i.e. flax/chia seed bread with butter or jam). I do lose a quite of bit of liquid in the morning after taking a hot yoga class...

How about having more liquid than solid food? Is it horrible to say that my weekend diet is 70% vino and 30% food.    :-[.

Curious if anyone has tried Trader Joe's latest coconut coffee brew? Just made the best summer coffee in perfection. It's the Trader Joe's newest cold brew coconut coffee concentrate. I'm not a fan of coconut but the flavor is so subtle. I'll add a bunch of ice and mix with a soy vanilla creamer...
