You're very welcome! My personal choice would be No. 2 (Secluded/Quiet/Better Floor Plan/Further from major retail). I was already scarred from living next to the busy street and the noise just got worse over time. I end up choosing a place that's more secluded/quiet, but not way too secluded...

Not sure if assigned schools matter with you and they are different for TC and Legado. You're right that CV is more centralized, closer to the major fwy and the Woodbury Town Center. Some people like the established retail center or want to be closer to the major fwys, so that's another factor...

I think that the event was blah. Maybe we'll just stop going to this event. Another negative was the kiddos wanted to leave early from the event. These kids are between 5-8 years old. The heat didn't help.

I'm no expert either but it's only a one-time purchase unlike a home insurance. I would not take that risk. If you end up being involved in a lawsuit regarding your title issues, your title insurance will defend you up to whatever the policy amount is.
