    Is this infestation?

No.. But that's probably a good idea

    Jasmine at Cypress Village

I wouldn't be surprised..  A week before Marigold was first released, the sales office said it was going to be in the high 600s.  But when they actually released it, the price was in the 720's.

Yes.  So I found out that the reason why this is more pricey is because it has a bigger yard and an end unit.

    Is this infestation?

I forgot to give you guys an update. Irvine Pacific took care of the gaps on our garage door. They replaced the rubber on the sides of the garage and recalibrated the door so that it completely reaches the floor when it closes. I had to make a follow up but they fixed it.  No more mouse poops! ;)

    Pest control

The guy's name is Joe.  Don't recall his company name and didn't look him up yet for reviews because I'm not considering to get his services.  I am just concerned if I am doing the right thing (to not get the pro to spray around the house) since I've never hired this kind of service before...

    Pest control

I did see ants once and i sprayed on them and never saw them again. Btw, about that mouse problem, IP fixed our garage door to seal all the gaps. I dont see mouse poops anymore. Im happy about that.  :)

    Pest control

There's this pest control guy who calls and often knocks on our door to offer his services.  $30/month and he comes once a month to inspect and spray.  Since we've always lived on a condo before, we never had to get this kind of service.  I am wondering, is this really a necessary maintenance? ...

    Recommendations for landscaping companies

To me, it's about the overall experience.  Yes, aesthetically, the backyard is nice, but i am certain I could have gotten the same quality from somewhere else, minus the frustration.  After the work is done, the customer service is not over.  Like now, I need something fixed and I cannot rely on...

    Recommendations for landscaping companies

I want to post pics but changed my mind because I don't want in anyway to advertise the contractors' work due to all the delays in construction.  I probably jinxed myself by posting the last post because since then, the water pump on the waterfall won't work and the lights on the pilaster won't...

    Recommendations for landscaping companies

I am pleased to let you guys know that our landscaping is done!.. well, almost.  The only thing left is to seal the floor and the approval of our landscaping plan.  Our landscaping turned out so beautiful that I almost forgot all the frustrations I had with the delays on this project.

    Landscaping Plan - approval

    1. They asked for the distance between the pilasters and the wall. 2. They have an issue with plant magnolia because of the roots 3. They want the general guidelines indicated on the plan

    Landscaping Plan - approval

Coincidentally, I got the results of the HOA review of my landscaping plan.  It's unfortunate that it was declined :( -- although I think their comments were minor.. and there my saga continues.

    Landscaping Plan - approval

He said - "It's going to be okay.  We do this all the time for all of our clients.  I am going to take care of you.  I don't want you to worry about it. Trust me".

    Landscaping Plan - approval

Because I was sweet-talked by my contractor that we can start the job while waiting for the HOA approval.  It's a big mistake, I realize that now.  Too bad, I am already deep in the hole.

    Landscaping Plan - approval

Did HOA notify you directly or did they notify the contractor?

    Landscaping Plan - approval

The contractor submitted our landscaping plan to the HOA.  We got notice from the HOA acknowledging receipt of the plan and that it will take them 10 - 45 days to provide us feedback. We still have not heard from the HOA, and it's been almost a month.  Yes, it's still not 45 days, but does it...
