    As per plan they are going to build 168 units in cambria. So i believe people already in the list will get a call some time. But the concern is the increase in price every release.

    Newer Irvine listings with crazy WTF asking prices from equity sellers

    No big difference nowadays between detached and attached condo's.  All new houses have sound proof and thicker walls. Moreover, even these detached homes have dual HOA.
