Won't happen in this area.  None of the builders will ever agree to this, as there are warranty liabilities on their end.  It's not a matter of standing your ground.  It's their legal teams that will prevent it from happening...ever.

Access point > Extender any day of the week. Extenders by definition have signal degradation, latency, etc.  Access points using the same SSID will allow your devices to select the strongest source while maintaining the same bandwidth.

There are situations where a floorplan's options (bay windows, etc.) will bump you up to the next tier of MR.  I believe the Sagewood plan 3 with in the east coast elevation had that situation, and I'm sure there are others.  MR is based on the actual square footage of the home after all options...

Beacon Park Elementary is already under construction and will open Fall 2016.  Heritage in CS was built 5 years ago and MIGHT open Fall 2016.  TUSD is in a pissing match with the city of Tustin right now with additional funding and MR. TUSD has had no incentive to step it up.  The incumbents...

Heritage Elementary School has been built years ago, and the facilities have been used by administration and continuation school.  This isn't a question of infrastructure...Orchard and Heritage are on equal footing as far as facilities are concerned.  This is TUSD's lack of transparency...

Good luck.  I wouldn't get my hopes up, though.  If history repeats itself, TUSD will drag this on for as long as possible.  You'll be lucky if they open 1 grade every 1-2 years.  They won't open K-4 in one shot. Comparing TUSD to the PS issues isn't really fair...at least PS had a viable...

LOL test beat me to it. Good luck.  TUSD doesn't ever disclose their enrollment numbers, or their thresholds.  So whatever information you're getting should be taken with a grain of salt. TUSD fails again.

Water softener will help with hardness of the water.  Reverse osmosis + alkaline will help purify drinking water on top of that, but is only dispensed through a single spout in the kitchen.  If PEX is the problem, I can't think of anything that will fix that, since the water runs through all the...
