I did not and still do not like the motorcourt.  But the sales performance at La Vita speaks for itself.  I do not regret my purchase at all but it would be nice to have that type of instant equity.  Congrats to all La Vita buyers...especially plans 2 and 4.

Where are you getting your info regarding the significant slowdown?  Right now Messina has 1 and Vicenza has 2 quick move in homes.  The slow down is with Cappella with 5 and Saviero with 4 quick move in homes.

La Vita, Messina, and Saviero residents in the grove are easy walking distance to OH school.  We love our Messina home and close walking distance to school, park, and the village mall. Beckman HS is a different story though.  Just means kids will get a car asap.  LOL.

Yup consistent with my experience.  $1.65M price before upgrades...$2M after all said and done.  85K on interior upgrades through design center, 100K interior upgrades post escrow, and $165K on landscaping.  It adds up quick.  I thought I was gonna spend $250K after COE.
