Can you define "quite heavy" ? how many minutes to get to the 5 on ramp from LR ? seems like the best route would be Portola to Jeffery to 5 instead of Sand Canyon to 5?

Chinese here.. I can confirm that they are Chinese.. Also visited LR and Stonegate Maricopa today, 90% of the folks touring were Chinese speaking Mandarin and seems to be either fobs or visiting. I wonder if there are tours from China that takes folks on property shopping sprees.. if not it...

Congrats on the addition. Take OCgasman's advice and do this asap... I have a 19 month old and another on the way.. all but turtle rock will allow you to be on their waiting list with out a fee. TR Preschool requires $150 non-refundable fee just to get on their list (I skipped them).
