What I think he meant to say was Saratoga is a detached "condo" and the fees are still $110. I have been obviously shopping the wrong homes in Woodbury.  I'll give time for SG to mature, but from the looks of it, the landscaping isn't going to be as appealing as Woodbury or other neighborhoods.

Just need to make one plaza with a Din Tai Fung, Sam Woo, and a 99 Ranch Market and the rest will fall into place.

Being in SG I agree that curb appeal wasn't and still isn't a top priority.  If it was, I definitely wouldn't have picked this neighborhood.    Just my two cents since people were griping about it, and I can understand where they are coming from about it.  I wouldn't pay $200 more in HOA fees...

Part of the problem with Stonegate is they got cheap on the landscaping for the common areas too.  With obviously lower HOA's then the likes of Woodbury, they went with a very monotonous pattern of plants which add to the dullness of the neighborhood.

Burger King on Jamboree and Irvine Blvd in the Ralph's shopping plaza.  Rodeo burger lives on.

At Palmeras when I was staying there they included the monitoring.  It notified their security company and not the police.

IP just carved up a lot of their land for homes...it's only natural they going to spill into the neighborhoods looking for little dogs and cats.  Happened when I was living in West Irvine about 5 years ago. Craziest siting...Irvine Marketplace parking lot as I was going to the ATM around 1AM. ...

Sorry...what I meant was the oven...stove tops are all gas.  All options for the ovens are electric.

None of the options are gas stoves for Saratoga.  Even the Kitchen Aid free standing upgrade which was the highest upgrade comes with an electric convection oven.  From my understanding of ovens, electric is suppose to manage temperature better than the gas ovens which is probably why they did...
