    This is probably some of the best advice I've read on this forum. Unless you have a crystal ball, the market is going to do what the market is going to do. Too many external factors involved.

    Pricing as of 3/22/16: 1,245,790 lot 33 1,265,410 lot 29 1,339,005 lot 35 I agree with most of you - plan 3 is beautiful. They still have a lot of homes available. Many with May & August move ins. Prices may have peaked. Looks like Plan 2/3 had about a 3% drop since Jan
